Legal Manager-BAM

Responsible for overseeing legal matters related to Business, Assets, and Markets (BAM), ensuring compliance with regulations, managing contracts, and providing legal guidance on corporate transactions and risk management. This role involves advising stakeholders, mitigating legal risks, and supporting business operations with sound legal strategies.

• An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 

• Holder of a current practicing certificate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Diploma School of Law (Diploma KSL).

• At least 6 years post-admission experience; 4 years of which should be in a legal function in a corporate environment.

• Knowledge and understanding of the financial markets, and the respective Laws and regulations.

• Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets and Asset/Fund Management legal/regulatory environment will be an added advantage.
