By accessing or using Joballer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Joballer is a job board platform that connects job seekers with employers in Kenya. We provide a platform where:
- Job seekers can browse and search for job opportunities
- Employers can post job listings
- Users can access career resources and information
- Companies can create profiles and showcase their job openings
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

5. Job Listings and Applications
5.1 Job Postings
Employers posting jobs on Joballer agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Respond to applications in a timely manner
- Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, or other protected characteristics
5.2 Job Applications
Job seekers understand that:
- Joballer is a platform for connecting job seekers with employers
- We do not guarantee employment or interview opportunities
- Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Joballer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
7. Content You Provide
By submitting content (including job postings, resumes, profiles, and comments) to the Service, you grant Joballer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit.
8. Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Joballer. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Joballer shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Joballer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Joballer, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Joballer and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
