Global Graduate for Leaf Operations

Responsible for fast-tracking the development of graduates with less than three years of experience, the Global Graduate Programme is an intensive 18-month initiative aimed at cultivating future leaders at BAT. Participants gain hands-on experience across key operational areas, including tobacco planting, processing, manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, procurement, customer service, and product innovation, equipping them with the skills to drive impact from day one.

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s in Agribusiness Management, Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, Engineering and/or Science related programs.

• No more than 3 years post-graduate experience. Experience in Supply Chain or Agriculture or in a Manufacturing setup is required.

• Leadership is demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.

• Good analytical and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong intercultural competencies from cross-cultural and/or international experiences.

• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative, and a drive to succeed.

• National and/or international mobility.
