Talent Deployment Manager

The Talent Deployment Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the talent cycle plan across South Africa and East & Southern Africa, ensuring that the right talent is placed in the right roles to meet business needs. This role collaborates with HR Business Partners and Talent Managers to develop and implement talent deployment strategies, supporting employee attraction, development, and retention. The Talent Deployment Manager also drives Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, executes employer branding strategies, and ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws. Additionally, they monitor and evaluate talent deployment effectiveness, provide guidance to managers and employees, and maintain accurate talent records to support organizational success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management or a related HR role.
Strong understanding of talent management and deployment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools, such as SuccessFactors – added advantage.
Experience in managing talent deployment across multiple regions is preferred.
Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations in South Africa and East & Southern Africa will be beneficial.
