Temporary Assistant – Accounting and Finance (payables)

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounting and Finance, this role focuses on accounts payable operations, including reconciliation, preparation of annual audit schedules, and management of supplier relationships. Key responsibilities include preparing creditor aged analysis, handling expense accounts and monthly schedules, managing statutory obligations (NHIF, PAYE, WHT, PPRR Levy), maintaining supplier payable accounts, and collaborating with Supply Chain Management for process automation and payment tracking. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business field, with CPA Part 1 certification. Basic IT skills and knowledge of automated accounting systems are advantageous.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Commerce-Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any business-related degree;
Professional courses - CPA Part1
Basic IT and knowledge of automated Accounting systems will be an added advantage.
