Job Description

Responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships. This role involves developing sales plans, overseeing the sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring targets are met while enhancing customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry.

  •   Commercially astute with excellent business acumen

  •  Presentation and facilitation skills.

  •  Excellent training skills

  •  Strong Customer-facing and interaction skills

  •  Excellent Communication skills - spoken and written.

  •  Outstanding Negotiation and interpersonal skills

  •  Strong Leadership skills

  •  Analytical, organizational, and motivational skills

  •  People Management skills

  •  Minimum 10 years in Logistics Industry

  •  Must have worked in the position of an Airfreight Manager for at least 5 years in a reputed Organization.
