Job Description

Handle front-office operations, manage patient inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer service experience within the healthcare facility. The role involves scheduling appointments, processing billing transactions, and addressing patient concerns.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business
    Administration/ Health records or an equivalent qualification

  • At least two (2) years working in a service oriented industry

  • Basic accounting skills

  • Computer proficient

  • Customer service oriented
