Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of governance frameworks and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing governance structures, assessing risks, and providing insights to enhance decision-making and alignment with organizational objectives.

• First Degree

• Professional certification 

• Good working knowledge of financial sector environment and procedures. 

• In depth knowledge and understanding of the legislative and regulatory requirements as it relates to financial institutions as well as internal compliance related policies and procedures. 

• 3 years of relevant work experience within financial crime compliance
