Assistant Manager – Records & Archives

Implementing and coordinating Records Management and Archives Administration procedures, policies, and systems. Focus on identifying opportunities to streamline processes, with the ultimate goal of ensuring all archival support activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in information sciences with a bias in archives & records management
Desired work experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role
Technical Competencies:
Proficient in Records Management programs.
Skilled in Archives Administration.
Demonstrated expertise in the implementation and use of Document Management Systems (DMS).
In-depth knowledge and experience in modern Risk and Compliance requirements for Archives and Records Management systems.
Familiar with safety and health regulations applicable to an Archives environment.
Well-versed in local and international regulations governing records management and archival programs.
Capable of developing RM policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent achievement of best practices.
