Responsible for overseeing the management, preservation, and accessibility of organizational records and archives. Ensures compliance with records management policies, implements best practices for document storage and retrieval, and enhances archival systems for efficient information management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information sciences with a bias in archives & records management
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
Proficient in Records Management programs.
Skilled in Archives Administration.
Demonstrated expertise in the implementation and use of Document Management Systems (DMS).
In-depth knowledge and experience in modern Risk and Compliance requirements for Archives and Records Management systems.
Familiar with safety and health regulations applicable to an Archives environment.
Well-versed in local and international regulations governing records management and archival programs.
Capable of developing RM policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent achievement of best practices.
