Deputy Head of DRU

Responsible for Assisting the Head of DRU in developing and implementing policies and programs that support the organizations overall strategic direction. He/ She oversees the day-to-day activities performed by the team and acts where necessary to remedy any shortcoming. He/she will also support the business to achieve its goals and objectives by using effective, credit practices to achieve strategic objectives. He/ She chairs sectors meetings and monitors NPL’s under debt recovery Unit and sharing reports when needed.

• University degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Credit Department.

• Technology savvy: - Able to employ the use of latest communication channels.

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in debt recovery
