Product Manager

Responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle management of a product, ensuring it meets customer needs and business objectives. This role involves market research, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing features to enhance user experience and drive growth. The Product Manager also monitors performance metrics and adapts strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in Product Management or Fintech is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, telecom, mobile money, or e-commerce sectors.

• Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital financial products.

• Experience with customer-centric design and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
