Relationship Supervisor - Biashara Banking

Reporting to the Relationship Manager Business, the Relationship Supervisor - Biashara Banking has the responsibility to manage and coordinate all the Micro businesses under him/her to ensure the bank goals and objectives are achieved. 

Qualifications

• University degree holder with preference in Education, Social sciences, or Business-related field.

• Overall mean grade of C+ in KCSE

• 4-5 Years’ experience

• Experience in micro finance industry is an added advantage.

• Experienced in project management; Monitoring and evaluation is an added advantage.

• Sales experience is an added advantage.

• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.

• Excellent business relationship management skills and business closure techniques.

• Ability to develop, plan, execute and implement according to laid business strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated conflicts resolution skills.

• Strong training /coaching skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
