Scheme Origination Manager - Personal Banking

Responsible for spearheading the development and launch of innovative personal banking schemes. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, evaluate customer needs, and design competitive products that align with strategic goals. It manages the entire lifecycle of scheme origination—from conceptualization and market research to execution and post-launch analysis—while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering measurable value to both customers and the organization.

•     At least 7 years experience in Personal banking
•    University degree in a Business or marketing-related course
•    Computer proficiency with high command in Microsoft suite.
