Senior Manager Policy Framework and Governance

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of policy frameworks and governance structures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This role involves overseeing risk management, aligning policies with industry best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance governance and strategic decision-making.

• At least six (10) years’ banking experience in with 5 years in operations and/or risk and controls  

• Negotiation, Strategizing, Collaboration, attention to detail, listening skills 

• Analytics, Business intelligence, financial analysis, Proficiency in MS Applications including presentation skills.
