Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic collaborations that drive business growth and enhance Finserve’s financial technology solutions. This role involves fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, fintech companies, regulators, and technology partners, to expand market reach and introduce innovative digital financial services. The manager ensures partnerships align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and revenue growth strategies while driving innovation and competitive advantage.

• Experience in product development or co-innovation, particularly in the financial technology space.

• University Degree

• MBA is an added advantage

• 7+ years’ experience

• Ability to identify and build value-driven partnerships.

• Expertise in managing long-term relationships and aligning external stakeholders with the company’s goals.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Deep understanding of the mobile money ecosystem, payment systems, and digital finance.

• Experience in product development or co-innovation, particularly in the financial technology space.

• Knowledge of local and international regulations related to mobile money, financial services, and data protection.
