Job Description

Responsible for acquiring new to bank credit card clients, cross selling to existing card clients and ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation and regulations. The role holder  will also play a pivotal role in driving the growth of credit card products within the Bank.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in a business-related field

  • Relevant work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in credit card sales.

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and strong communication skills

  • Strong understanding of card products and banking services.

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience to ensure sustainable organic growth of ETB / NTB customers.

The bank traces its history to 1974 when Investments & Mortgages Limited was formed as a private company providing personalised financial services to business people in the Nairobi area.
