Senior Agribusiness Relationship Officer

Responsible for managing and growing relationships with agribusiness clients by providing financial solutions, advisory services, and tailored products to support agricultural enterprises. This role involves assessing agribusiness risks, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while driving business development and sustainability in the agricultural sector.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business  Studies; Management; Commerce (Finance, Accounting Option), or equivalent

• At least 2 years of banking experience in the area of relationship management and client acquisition.

• At least 2 years of banking experience in a lending/credit risk appraisal environment; or equivalent to provide the candidate with a good understanding of Credit risk policies and Product Policies and CBK prudential guidelines.

• Understanding of the local competitor market.
