Senior Manager - Business Banking Unit

Tasked with the primary responsibility of identifying, measuring, and providing adequate mitigation measures on credit risk requirements under the Business Banking segment and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs) are adhered to, and the highest credit management standards are maintained to mitigate Credit Risk and comply with Bank Policies and guidelines and in line with Prudential Guidelines and Regulations issued by Central Bank of Kenya (CBK).

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree plus Professional qualification

• 7 to 9 years supervisory & managerial experience

• Advanced credit risk analysis skills.

• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Advanced credit, banking and good knowledge of prudential guidelines.
