Senior Retool Software Engineer.

Independently interpret business and technical requirements to design, build, and test high-quality solutions, working within a collaborative team environment that emphasizes modular code, peer reviews, and pull requests, all managed with disciplined source code control and clear documentation. You’ll strive for top-notch quality, scalability, and performance in Retool applications, keeping security and compliance first while contributing to a fast-paced agile process. Additionally, you’ll proactively optimize apps, processes, and methods, readily supporting your peers in a cooperative setting for development, testing, and automation tasks.

• Strong working experience and knowledge of Javascript 

• Working experience with low code platforms, Retool experience is a plus

• Understanding low code workflows and resource integrations

• A clear understanding of OOP, Design Patterns and anti-patterns, SOLID principles

• Working experience with relation and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Redis...)

• Experienced with testing layers (unit, integration, and functional testing) and version control technologies (e.g. GIT)

• Knowledge of algorithms and distributed systems

• Academic background in IT or equivalent

• Proficiency in English
