Job Description

Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring profitability through revenue growth and cost management. Responsibilities include growing and monitoring asset and liability portfolios, expanding the customer base, and enhancing retention through excellent service and cross-selling. The role also involves resource management, risk compliance, team development, and championing digital migration to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • A University Degree from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in General Banking;

  •  4 years of which one should have been a Branch Manager in a High Net Worth /Premium /Advantage Center

  • Experience in Sales, Personal/Business/or Retail Banking.

  • Experience Credit Analysis and administration.

  • Experience in Bank operations covering Cash Management, Clearing, Accounts and Administration.

  • Demonstrated consistent high performance in role(s) held in the last three years

  • A thorough knowledge of Retail Banking products and services, and extensive Banking Industry knowledge.

  • Excellent high quality interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to network and develop strong business relations

  • A good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures.

  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated competences in championing high performance management.

  • Excellent planning, organization, problem solving and analytical skills
