Administrative Assistant - Isiolo
KEMRIJob Description
Manage all PBIDS operational supplies in Isiolo, collaborating with field teams to procure goods and services while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. You'll maintain an updated stock database tracking inventory movement, verify invoices before payment processing, and contribute to budget preparations for project supplies, workshops, and participant reimbursements. The role involves documenting vehicle mileage, tracking maintenance reports, participating in project meetings, and preparing correspondence for field teams. You'll ensure smooth administrative operations within the department and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Fleet Management, Public Administration, Purchasing and Supplies Management, or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications;
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili.Mandatory
