Job Description

Responsible for identifying and registering potential study participants, ensuring strict adherence to research protocols, and scheduling follow-up appointments. You'll complete study documentation with accuracy and thoroughness while maintaining appropriate research supplies. The position involves tracking and transporting specimens to the County laboratory in a timely manner and collaborating with the research team to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade D+ and above or its equivalent from a recognized institution

  • Proficiency in computer application

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili

  • Experience in electronic data collection e.g. smartphone, tablets

  • Be a resident or willing to live and work in the study area

  • Experience in working in a research /hospital setting is an added advantage

  • Planning and Organization Skills

  • Communication Skills

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Team player
