The responsibilities of this role include receiving, sorting, opening, filing, minuting, and distributing mail. The officer will also be responsible for dispatching mail and guiding the disposal of files.
Requirements
Applicants must be Kenyan citizens and have a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of C (plain) or its equivalent. A diploma in Records/Information/Archives Management, Information Science, or a related field is required. Additionally, candidates must possess a certificate in computer applications.
