Job Description

Responsible for leading organizational transformation initiatives, including change management, talent development, and HR strategy implementation. This role involves advising on workforce planning, culture transformation, and leadership development to enhance business performance and employee engagement.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree qualification in humanities or any other related field.
Membership of relevant professional bodies such as CIPD, and IHRM.
Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in human resource consulting.
Experience in managing HR engagements within East Africa.
