The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mandera County Referral Hospital will provide strategic leadership and oversee the management of hospital operations. The CEO is responsible for ensuring high-quality, affordable healthcare while maintaining financial sustainability. They will report directly to the Board of Directors, manage the implementation of strategic plans, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. The CEO will be expected to foster partnerships, mobilize resources, and motivate hospital staff to meet performance targets and uphold healthcare standards.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, or a related degree from a recognized university. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage. Applicants must have at least ten (10) years of experience in an integrated healthcare system, including at least five (5) years in senior management. A qualification in Strategic Leadership Development or senior management is also preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in healthcare quality management, financial management, and organizational leadership.
