Deputy Director - Linkages & Partnerships_

Responsible for developing and managing strategic collaborations, fostering partnerships with academic, corporate, and government institutions, and enhancing institutional linkages. This role involves identifying opportunities for collaboration, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the effective implementation of partnership initiatives to support institutional growth and innovation.

• PhD in relevant area of specialization from a recognized University.

• At least 3 years of working in project-driven partnerships with local and foreign-based public and private sectors including universities.

• Proven knowledge, skills, and experience in entrepreneurship and innovation promotion, grant proposal writing/fundraising.

• Communication skills; capacity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; leadership skills; ability to work under minimum supervision; computer literacy.

OR

• A Master’s Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized Institution who:

• Must be registered for a PhD program at a recognized University and provide proof of admission.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in project-driven partnerships with local and foreign-based public and private sectors including universities.

• Must have proven knowledge, skills, and experience in entrepreneurship and innovation promotion, grant proposal writing/fundraising.

• Must have perfect communication skills; capacity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; leadership skills; ability to work under minimum supervision; and computer literacy.

• Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be computer literate.
