Manager-Cash Management Sales

Responsible for driving the growth and adoption of cash management solutions by developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field

• 5–7 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or Transaction Banking

• Strong understanding of cash management products, services, and market trends

• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for cash management solutions

• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills

• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management related to cash management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Proficiency in financial analysis and cash flow forecasting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
