Supply Side – Marketplace Operations Lead

Responsible for overseeing marketplace operations on the supply side, ensuring efficient vendor onboarding, optimizing inventory management, and enhancing seller performance. This role focuses on streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketplace operations, supply chain, or vendor management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and optimize marketplace performance.

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth marketplace or e-commerce environments.
