Reporting to the Fixed Network Rollout Lead the position holder will be responsible for managing and coordinating the execution and delivery of implementation projects to the fixed network to achieve the best customer experience from Planning & Design Approval to as-built delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Telecommunication Engineering, IT or any technical related field.
At least 4 years’ experience in a busy Telecommunications environment involved in Fibre Implementation - A bias towards Fiber To The X (FTTx) will be an added advantage.
In-depth understanding of Transmission infrastructure deployment life cycle ·
Demonstratable Knowledge in Fiber transmission technologies i.e. o Active &Passive Optical Networks, GPON being the bare minimum.
Inside & Outside Plant Engineering Techniques and engineering practices.
Project Planning & Management, Supplier Management, Contract management and Quality Assurance, OSHS.
