Senior Manager - Strategy

Reporting to the Head of Strategy. The Senior Manager, Strategy is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term goals. This individual will leverage deep domain expertise in telecommunications, technology and digital transformation, strong analytical skills, and business acumen to frame problems, uncover insights, and guide transformational change. They will play a key role in ensuring the organization maintains a competitive edge by aligning strategy with market trends and company objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategic planning, business analysis, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of strategy development and execution frameworks especially Mission Leadership®. 

• Proven experience in strategy development and execution, ideally within a senior or leadership capacity in management consulting or corporate environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in hypothesis-driven approaches and data analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge of market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and forecasting methodologies.

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and platforms for data-driven decision-making.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior executives.
