Relationship Manager – Mortgages at Sidian Bank

Relationship Manager Mortgage is responsible for managing and growing the mortgage portfolio by marketing mortgage products, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with key partners. The role includes portfolio monitoring, client support throughout the mortgage process, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines, and providing training to internal teams. The position focuses on business development, managing delinquency rates, and delivering customer-focused solutions in line with organizational objectives.

A university degree in a relevant business discipline, with a master's degree in Strategic Management being an added advantage. A minimum of five years of banking experience, including at least three years in mortgage or relationship management, is required. The candidate should have strong knowledge of mortgage financing, property markets, and credit assessment, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and business presentation skills. Certifications in banking, risk management, or real estate financing are a plus.
