Mid-Term Reviewer – India project

Responsible for conducting an independent mid-term evaluation of the India project, assessing its progress, effectiveness, and alignment with objectives. Provides recommendations for improvements and ensures compliance with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

• An advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in environmental sciences, international development, or other relevant political or social sciences is required.

• A first-level university degree in the same areas may be accepted with two additional years of relevant experience.

• Minimum 7 years of technical/evaluation experience is required.

• Preferably experienced in evaluation and management of Global Environment Facility (GEF) projects using a Theory of Change approach.

• Working knowledge of agricultural systems and local economies is desirable.
