Midterm Review Consultant

Responsible for conducting a comprehensive midterm evaluation of projects, assessing progress toward objectives, identifying challenges, and providing strategic recommendations for improvement. Analyzes project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and impact to ensure alignment with goals and best practices.

• A bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences/engineering, social sciences, international development, or another relevant area is required.

• An advanced degree in the same areas is desirable.

• A minimum of 7 years of technical/evaluation experience in projects and programmatic approaches is required.

• Experience evaluating UNEP and/or GEF projects is desirable.

• A good/broad understanding of POPs and textiles sector pollutants management is desirable.

• Working knowledge of the UN system, specifically the work of UNEP, is desirable.
