Terminal Review Expert – China Project (GEFID 4865)

Responsible for conducting the terminal evaluation of the China Project (GEFID 4865), assessing its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability. Analyzes project outcomes, impact, and lessons learned to provide recommendations for future initiatives and reporting to stakeholders.

• Advanced university degree in Environmental Sciences, International Development, or other relevant Political or Social Sciences fields.

• A first-level university degree in the same areas, combined with two (2) additional years of relevant experience, may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of technical/evaluation experience, preferably in the evaluation and management of Global Environment Facility (GEF) projects.

• Experience using a Theory of Change approach.

• Broad understanding of Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources (desired).
