Front Office Assistant

You will ensure the smooth flow of the patient journey from admission to discharge while handling billing and insurance liaisons. You will coordinate with insurance companies, manage admissions and discharges, and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

• Professional minimum qualifications, Such as CPA foundation level(part one), ACCA II, CCP II

• Computer literate

• Minimum 2-year work experience in service industry

• Excellent Communication skills

• Exceptional customer service

• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure

• Produce quality work, with accuracy and efficiency
