Head of Hospital Services

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of the hospital’s support services, including biomedical engineering, facilities management, and Supply Chain. You will ensure hospital services run smoothly, safely, and effectively in alignment with hospital goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 10 years of experience

• 5 years should be at a senior level preferably in hospital services or healthcare management, with a focus on support services, biomedical engineering, facilities, and supply chain management

• Experience working in hospitals with national and international accreditations is an added advantage

• Excellent project management skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare services, regulatory requirements, and industry’s best practices

• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets
