Assistant Claims Officer

You will process medical claims by verifying information, assessing reimbursement policies, and performing reconciliations with claims estimates. You will also interact with clients and service providers to ensure care is within policy guidelines and manage the policy renewal process to minimize lapses.

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Diploma in clinical medicine, Diploma in Pharmacy, or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: insurance option)

• Progress in Professional qualification in Insurance (ACII, FLMI or IIK)

• 1-3 years’ experience in Health

• Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships

• Track record of achieving client satisfaction and retention targets

• Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements

• Knowledge of insurance products

• Sales and marketing management skills
