Client Service Assistant (ftc)

You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests, assisting with policy information, premium payments, beneficiary updates, and claims processes. You will collaborate with underwriters and other departments to ensure accurate service delivery and maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products and company policies.

• Relevant degree from a recognized university

• Sound knowledge of computer skills

• 2 years of Life insurance experience
