You will review insurance claim documents, manage external advocates, and review legal costs to ensure they are within SLAs. You will also track cases, maintain adequate reserves, process payments, and assist with third-party recoveries.
Bachelor's of degree in Law (LLB)
Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PDG) from KSL
Obtain the relevant CLE points in every given year
4-6 years’ experience in insurance claims processing
Knowledge and experience in the insurance sector
CPA, AIIK or ACII certification (added advantage)
