Senior Technical Delivery Lead

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end technical delivery of the Health Insurance Policy Administration System development project. This role requires you to drive solution design, lead development, manage technical teams, and ensure the successful implementation of robust, scalable, and compliant insurance systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer, TOGAF, PMP, Agile) will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in software development and delivery

• At least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

• Strong hands-on experience implementing insurance systems — preferably health or life policy administration, underwriting, claims, and related domains.

• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise solutions end-to-end, ideally within a regulated industry.

• Experience with DevExpress XAF Framework or other rapid application development frameworks is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and related Microsoft development stack.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise development frameworks, UI customization, data modeling, and workflow orchestration.

• Experience integrating systems via APIs, web services, and middleware.

• Solid understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.

• Competence in Azure DevOps (or equivalent) for code management, builds, and deployments.
