You will play a key role in driving the growth of CIC Microinsurance by generating new business, engaging communities and institutions, and promoting Microinsurance products. Your duties will involve lead generation, relationship management, client education, and ensuring efficient service delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field.
A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP/Diploma in Insurance – AIIK/CII/LOMA) are an added advantage.
Proven experience in community engagement, sales, or field mobilization will be an advantage.
Age: 25 years and above.
