You will be responsible for championing Agile practices, guiding cross-functional teams, and maintaining delivery cadence and transparency through data-driven reporting and structured execution excellence. You will coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster self-organization, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Relevant professional qualifications in Agile or Project Management
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe)
Proven, hands-on Scrum experience
At least 4 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced software delivery environment, ideally within digital product or financial technology teams.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP
Experience in tracking and using metrics to drive continuous improvement
Proven ability to plan, measure, and report on delivery outputs such as velocity, burndown, and delivery KPIs
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Experience using Agile tools such as TFS, Daptive, or Azure DevOps for workflow management and reporting.
