Scrum Master

You will be responsible for championing Agile practices, guiding cross-functional teams, and maintaining delivery cadence and transparency through data-driven reporting and structured execution excellence. You will coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster self-organization, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field

• Relevant professional qualifications in Agile or Project Management

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe)

• Proven, hands-on Scrum experience

• At least 4 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced software delivery environment, ideally within digital product or financial technology teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP

• Experience in tracking and using metrics to drive continuous improvement

• Proven ability to plan, measure, and report on delivery outputs such as velocity, burndown, and delivery KPIs

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Experience using Agile tools such as TFS, Daptive, or Azure DevOps for workflow management and reporting.
