You will develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and recruit talent while strengthening the company’s employer brand in alignment with business priorities. You will also drive the full talent acquisition life cycle and employer branding initiatives to ensure the company remains an employer of choice.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field
Masters Degree Preferred
Relevant certifications in HR / Talent Development
Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K)
Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management with a valid practicing license or equivalent
8 -10 years of proven experience in Talent acquisition Talent development, and employer branding preferably in a leadership role
Strong understanding of talent development strategies, including performance management, career development, succession planning, and learning initiatives
Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking
Strong project management skills
Industrial Psychologist or Psychometric accreditation
