Facility Administrator/BD Executive

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the facility, ensuring quality and timely delivery of healthcare services, regulatory compliance, and business performance. This role requires you to act as a bridge between clinical staff, patients, and the hospital’s executive leadership while also managing people effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field

• At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems)

• Basic Financial and budgeting skills

• Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards
