Laboratory Technologist - Nairobi

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinical laboratory, ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency in testing and procedures. You will supervise and train laboratory staff, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

• Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology

• At least three (3) years of working experience

• Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board

• Trained and must demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) initiatives.

• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).

• Project management and report writing skills.

• Training or certification in hospital administration, public health, or emergency care.
