You will support the business to achieve its goals and objectives using effective, contemporary IT practices and modern technologies. You will offer both functional and technical expertise related to the Finacle core system to ensure system availability, provide continuity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years in financial services, banking, or insurance
Prior experience in application support, particularly in financial services, banking, or insurance
Experience with Finacle core banking system
Proficiency in programming paradigms (Java, Python, SQL)
Proficiency in operating systems (Linux, Windows)
Proficiency in database management
ITIL Certification
PMP or Agile methodologies certification
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
