You will be responsible for driving the Group's data-driven decision-making agenda by leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide BI solutions. This role requires you to manage the data warehouse, data lakehouse, analytics capabilities, and oversee a team of BI Developers, Data Analysts, and Data Analytics Engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing
5+ years in leadership roles
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary data teams in a financial institution or large enterprise
Strong knowledge of SQL
python programming skill
Strong knowledge of data modelling
Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT
Strong knowledge of BI tools
Strong knowledge of analytics platforms
Strong knowledge of cloud data architectures
Understanding of banking processes, regulatory reporting, and financial KPIs
