Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics

You will be responsible for driving the Group's data-driven decision-making agenda by leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide BI solutions. This role requires you to manage the data warehouse, data lakehouse, analytics capabilities, and oversee a team of BI Developers, Data Analysts, and Data Analytics Engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related field

• Master’s degree preferred

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing

• 5+ years in leadership roles

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary data teams in a financial institution or large enterprise

• Strong knowledge of SQL

• python programming skill

• Strong knowledge of data modelling

• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT

• Strong knowledge of BI tools

• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms

• Strong knowledge of cloud data architectures

• Understanding of banking processes, regulatory reporting, and financial KPIs
