You will be responsible for the growth of Bancassurance business across the bank branches and generating non-funded income through cross and upselling of policies. You will prospect and market to new clients, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales to drive sustainable growth of the insurance portfolio.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Science or related field
Relevant professional qualification – COP, IIK, DIP or CII
Member of a relevant professional body
At least Three (3) years relevant experience in a similar organisation.
