
You will drive the People & Culture, Risk, Governance & Operations agenda by implementing and enhancing the governance framework. You will also handle key operational HR activities such as onboarding checks, employee records management, and HR reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Risk or related field
CHRP or ongoing is an added advantage
2+ years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to compliance and governance
Strong understanding of data protection laws and employment regulations
Experience with HRIS systems
Experience with document management tools
